Abstract:
Grenada's Prime Minister Herbert Blaize has appealed for police help from the governments of the Organization of East Caribbean States (OECS) due to the worsening law and order situation in Grenada, particularly with the ending of the Maurice Bishop murder trial.  Reportedly P.M. Blaize is concerned that trouble may be caused by sympathizers of the 18 defendants on trial for the murder of former PM. Bishop in 1983.
