Abstract: 
A number of important developments in actions against transnational bribery have occurred, including the holding of the Global Forum in Amsterdam, the release of the third annual U.S. report on the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Officials, and moves towards the proposing of new legislation in Britain. In late May, the Second Global Forum Against Corruption was held in the Hague.
