Abstract:
On February 7, 2014, German authorities proposed a new law to abolish its 30-year statute of limitations for certain cases involving stolen property, which would facilitate efforts to seek the return of art, furniture, or other valuables taken from them by the Nazis in the run-up to and during World War II.[1]
