German Government Agrees to Compensate U.S. Survivors of Nazi Concentration Camps and Austria Returns Looted Art to the Rothschilds

On January 15, 1999, the U.S. and German Governments announced a tentative agreement for the German Government to compensate an estimated 240 U.S. nationals who were held in NAzi concentration camps.
