French Appellate Court Finds Einhorn Extraditable to U.S. Subject to Conditions

On February 18, 1999, a French appellate court in Bourdeaux found Ira Einhorn extraditable to the U.S. on charges of murder of his former girlfriend, Holly Maddux, subject to conditions that Einhorn be tried again and that the death penalty not be applied if he is convicted.
