French Prime Minister Edouard Balldur has announced a major initiative against drugs. The action included stronger action in France and cooperation abroad. F 85 million (Ecu 15 million) has been appropriated on law enforcement, treatment and rehabilitation, and on publicity campaigns to war teenagers.
