                On June 14, 2015, Joseph Sigelman, 43 and a former co-chief executive of oil services company PetroTiger Ltd., pleaded guilty in a U.S. District Court in Camden, New Jersey, to conspiring to bribe a Colombian government official to obtain a contract.[1]
