On January 6, 2015, a former executive of Japan-based Toyoda Gosei Co. Ltd. agreed to plead guilty and to serve one year and one day in a U.S. prison for participating in a conspiracy to fix prices and rig bids for automotive hoses installed in cars sold in the United States.
