Extraterritorial Application of Laws & Responses Thereto Book Review

The book publishes the proceedings of the May 11-12, 1983 International Law Association Conference on Extraterritorial Application of Laws and Response Thereto, which was held in London.  The Conference was held in the wake of the judicial and diplomatic fall out over the Laker Airways suits in U.S. and English courts, the pending amendments in the U.S. to the Export Administration Act, and the aftermath of the Soviet gas pipeline regulations.
