European Report Urges Legislation on Computer-Related Crime

On September 13, 1989, the European Committee of Ministers at its meeting of Deputies, adopted a Report containing a minimum and optional list of legislative action that national legislatures are to consider when reviewing their legislation or initializing new legislation.
