Abstract:
On September 16, 1993, the European Parliament adopted a resolution, calling on the European Community and its member governments to ignore the Cuban Democracy Act, which was signed into law on October 23, 1992 and prohibits the overseas subsidiaries of U.S. firms from trading with Cuba.
