European Parliament Countering Budget Fraud Cases

The European Parliament is concerned with budget fraud in the member nations of the European Communities.  The Parliament repeatedly expressed its discontent with the lack of action taken by the European Commission, the executive arm of the Community, and the Council of Ministers.
