Abstract:

At its regular meeting on January 21, 2014, the Committee on Culture and Education (the Committee) of the European Parliament (EP) adopted its report thereby approving the proposal for a directive of the EP and of the Council on the return of cultural objects unlawfully removed from the territory of a Member State.[2]
