Abstract:
On March 30, 1004, the European Justice and Home Affairs Council issued a summary of the decisions and results of its 2574th Council meeting.
The purpose of the Framework Decision on the Application of the Mutual Recognition Principle to Confiscation Orders is to facilitate cooperation between EU Members as regards the recognition and execution of orders to confiscate the proceeds of crime.
