European Data Protection Supervisor Criticizes Draft Proposal on Passenger Data Decision

On December 20, 2007, the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS) issued his opinion on the draft Proposal for a Council Framework Decision on the use of Passenger Name Record (PNR) data for law enforcement purposes.
