Abstract:
On April 17, 2014, the European Data Protection Supervisor (EDPS) released his comments on two recent documents concerning the European Terrorist Finance Tracking System (TFTS).[2] One is the communication from the Commission to the European Parliament and the Council on a European Terrorist Finance Tracking System (TFTS)[3] and the other is the Commission Staff Working Document - Impact Assessment accompanying the Communication from the Commission to the European Parliament and the Council on a European Terrorist Finance Tracking System (TFTS). Both documents were adopted on November 27, 2013.
