Abstract:
On November 15, the European Community, acting through the ministers of the Twelve in the framework of the Legal Council, decided to revive a project of the anti-fraud coordination unit (UCLAF) that has been relatively inactive since 1987. The justice ministers noted a report on relations between Community law and criminal law, as well as on the work of the ad hoc group "Court of Justice and Legal Protection." The ministers adopted a resolution to strengthetn the anti-fraud fight and protect the financial interests and integrity of the Community in the framework of a single market.
