Abstract:
In the wake of the attack by terrorists on the Greek cruise ship "City of Poros" on July 11, the Greek Foreign Minister Papoulias, during the twelve European Community countries meeting in Athens on July 18, proposed a broader exchange of views among the Community's "Trevi" group (the forum for discussing anti-terrorism measures) on methods for dealing with terrorist acts at sea.
