Abstract: 
On January 25-26, 2016, EU Ministers of Justice and Home Affairs held an informal meeting in Amsterdam. This meeting was structured in such a way as to encourage political debate between the attending ministers. The agenda was determined on the basis of recent events, the priorities of the Presidency and current issues. The issues discussed included: migration, border control and security at the EU's external borders, counter-terrorism, cybersecurity and European Forensic Science Area.
