Abstract:
On September 20, 20001, in its Justice and Home Affairs Meeting an d at the extraordinary European Council meeting on September 21, 2001, the European Union has initiated a number of important measures in its counter-terrorism cooperation. The measures include: judicial cooperation; cooperation between police and intelligence services; financing of terrorism; border measures; and cooperation with the U.S.
