Abstract:
A recent publication by the Investigative Consortium of Journalists detailing bribery allegations against Ecuador’s public oil company EP Petroecuador has pushed the Ecuadorean government’s investigation of the scandal into high gear. The government has requested international enforcement cooperation from Panama and Peru. among other countries.
