Abstract:
On December 5-6, 1986, at its meeting in London, the twelve Heads of State or Government of the European Council, reached agreement on matters of international criminal cooperation. In particular the Council discussed to improve cooperation to combat terrorism, illegal immigration and drug trafficking.
