A draft report on transfer of criminal sanctions and transfer of supervision of conditionally sentenced or released offenders by Richard D. Atkins and Robert L. Pisani, International Legal Defense Counsel, Philadelphia, has called attention to work to conclude multilateral treaties. Their August 12 memorandum is for review by the members of the International Criminal Law Committee.
