Abstract: 
In a final rule of August 27, 1986, 51 F.R. 30485, the Department of Justice delegates to the Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration the power to reldelegate his authority to any officer of the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), permitting increased use of INS personnel in inter-agency drug enforcement actions.
