Another battle is being fought over a second individual charged in a conspiracy that previously provided the basis for kidnapping a Cypriot. Hossein Alikhani, his partner, George Christoforu, and their company, the Polygon Co. Ltd, have brought an action for declaratory judgment and prohibitory injunction in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, seeking to block further criminal action against Mr. Christoforu.
