On December 21, 2006, United States Magistrate Judge Andrew J. Wistrich granted bail to Mexican national José Luis Muñoz Santos, who is accused of conspiracy and aggravated homicide in the State of Nyarit Mexico. Santos is a citizen of Mexico as well as a Lawful Permanent Resident Alien of the United States.
