Abstract:
At its 31st sitting held on October 11, 2016, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) adopted Resolution 2130 (2016) on lessons from the “Panama Papers” to ensure fiscal and social justice. The debate and resolution were based on a Report prepared by the Committee on Social Affairs, Health and Sustainable Development.
