Abstract:

At its 9th sitting held on January 30, 2015, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) adopted a Resolution and Recommendation on witness protection in the context of the fight against organized crime and terrorism. The debate as well as the recommendation and resolution were based on a long and comprehensive Report prepared by the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights.
