Council of Europe Adopts Resolution and Recommendation on Terrorist Attacks in Paris

At its 5th sitting held on January 28, 2015, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) adopted a Resolution and Recommendation in reaction to the Paris terrorist attacks. The debate as well as the recommendation and resolution were based on a Report prepared by the Committee on Political Affairs and Democracy.
