Abstract: 
At its 17th sitting held on April 23, 2015, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) adopted a Resolution and Recommendation on drones and targeted killings in the context of human rights and international law. The debate as well as the recommendation and resolution were based on a long and comprehensive Report prepared by the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights.[2]
