Abstract: 
The Supreme Court of Colombia is allowing paramilitary leader Carlos Jimenez (a.k.a. ?Macaco?) to be extradited to the United States. Jimenez faces charges of drug-trafficking, money laundering and terrorist financing in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colombia. Jimenez was also indicted in Florida.
