China-U.S. Dispute Increases over Covert Chinese Law Enforcement Operatives in the U.S.

On August 16 and 17, 2015, the dispute between the U.S. and China  accelerated over the Chinese government’s sending covert Chinese law enforcement operatives into the U.S. to pressure Chinese fugitives to return to China.
