Abstract:
On October 17, 2012, the Chilean Supreme Court approved an extradition request of retired Captain Ray E Davis, former commander of the U.S. Military Group at the U.S. Embassy in Santiago, at the time of the 1973 coup that ousted democratically elected government of Chilean President Salvador Allende, and brought Pinochet to power.[1]
