Speaking at the Eleventh Meeting of the Council for National Security and Law Enforcement, which was held along with the Meeting of the Resource Mobilization Ministerial Sub-Committee, Francis Forbes, the head of police relations with the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Implementation agency for Crime and Security (IMPACS), said on December 5, 2010, that IMPACS is creating a unit capable of investigating major crimes in the region.
