Abstract:
On April 26, 2001, in Oak Bay on Vancouver Island, Canada Royal Canadian Mounted Police arrested Christophe Rocancourt, an alleged impersonator who is wanted by authorities in the United States, France and Switzerland on fraud-related charges after having skipped bail nine months before in East Hampton, New York.
