Abstract:
On September 17, 1991, the Honorable Kim Campbell, Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, tabled a bill in the House of Commons that will considerably reduce the delays in extradition cases. This bill represents the first step of an exhaustive review of the Extradition Act.
