Abstract: 

On February 24, 2012, the British government extradited retired businessman Christopher Tappin, 65 years of age, to the U.S. to answer charges in a U.S. District Court in El Paso, Texas.  Mr. Tappin had been fighting his battle against extradition for two years.1
