British Court of Appeals Upholds Ruling Prohibiting Expulsion of Alleged Terrorist Othman To Jordan

On March 27, 2013, the Royal Courts of Justice, a British appellate Court, affirmed a ruling from the Special Immigration Appeals Commission on November 12, 2012, allowing the appeal of Omar Othman (aka Abu Qatada).
