Abstract:
On June 20, 2008, the British High Court affirmed the order to extradite the radical Muslim cleric Abu Hamza al-Masri on terrorism-related charges. The Court ruled that the decision to extradition was ?unassailable,? and rejected the arguments by Abu Hamza?s lawyer that there was evidence that torture had been used on some individuals in obtaining the evidence that led to the U.S. extradition request.
