Abstract:
On June 25, 2000, NATO-led peacekeepers arrested Dusko Sikirica, 36, a leading Bosnian Serb war crimes suspect accused of both individual and superior criminal responsibility with three counts of genocide, five counts of crime against humanity, four counts of violations of the customs of war and four counts of grave breaches of the Geneva Convention for his alleged role as commander of the Keraterm detention camp in northwestern Bosnia and Herzegovina.
