Abstract:
Criminal and civil enforcement of intellectual property rights abroad has increasingly become an area of concern for international lawyers drafting contracts for clients in the entertainment field.  While there are numerous treatises and form books devoted to the various contractual means of protecting and enforcing patents and trademarks abroad, there is a dearth of material on the contractual aspects of enforcement of entertainment copyrights and neighboring rights abroad.
