Abstract:
On July 17, the Bolivian Government annoucned an offer for drug traffickers. The offer allows them to: surrender in the next 120 days; to admit guilt and identify their accomplices; surrender assets related to drug trafficking, and to agree to cease further involvment in drug trafficking. In return, they will not be extradited to the U.S.
