Abstract:
On June 5, 1990, Professor Christopher L. Blakesley, Lousiana State University, prepared a draft model international criminal tribunal for consideration by a Committee of Experts on International Criminal Policy for the Prevention and Control of Transnational and International Criminality and For the Establishment of an International Criminal Court during meetings on June 24-28,1990 at the International Institute of Higher Studies in Criminal Sciences in Siracusa, Sicily.
