Abstract: 
On May 24, the Ministry of Economy submitted a series of 28 bills to Congress to strengthen tax compliance on overseas money. The legislation will provide incentives for Argentines to repatriate the estimated $60 billion in funds outside the coutnry and for Argentines to begin to pay taxes.
