Abstract:
On April 24, 1988, the Council of the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of International Law and Practice adopted a final resolution and report on terrorism. Professor John Murphy, Professor of Law at Villanova University and the Chairman of the ABA Committee on United Nations Activities, has been kind enough to provide the IELR with a copy of the latest resolution and report.
