Abstract:
On June 20, 2012, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton unveiled the 2012 Trafficking in Persons (TIP) Report,[1] stating that the report especially focused on that third P, victim protection. And in these pages, the reader finds a lot of proven practices and innovative approaches to protecting victims. This is a useful and specific guide for governments looking to scale up their own efforts.
