Abstract:

On September 9, 2026, a federal magistrate judge in Miami ordered Andrew (39) and Tristan Tate (38) to remain in federal detention while they fight extradition to the United Kingdom (UK). The brothers — dual citizens of the United States and Britain — are popular right-wing streamers who now face several charges including rape and human trafficking from the UK, all of which they have denied. They also face ongoing charges from a 2022 arrest in Romania, where they previously lived.
