European Parliament Calls for EU Measures to Tackle Prostitution and Its Cross-border Implications

On September 14, 2023, the European Parliament adopted a resolution on the regulation of prostitution in the European Union. The resolution concentrates on cross-border implications of this phenomenon as well as its impact on gender equality and women’s rights.
