Abstract:

At its 4^th sitting held on January 22, 2019, the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) adopted a Resolution on fighting impunity of perpetrators of serious human rights violations and corruption, most notably in the Magnitsky case. The debate and resolution were based on a comprehensive Report prepared by the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights.
