Abstract:
On October 5, 2014, the media reported that the Swiss government had transmitted to the French government documentations on 100 UBS clients pursuant to a French request.  The transmission comes days after reports that UBS AG faces almost €5 billion in fines for assisting high net worth clients avoid French taxes.[1]
